What Is A Session Like?
Each session builds naturally on the previous one, but there’s no pressure to follow a fixed path. I use a range of techniques to guide you into a deeply relaxed state, where your mind becomes more receptive to positive change and new ways of thinking.
Your involvement is important, but nothing is forced. Hypnotherapy works best when you’re open to the process, and I’ll guide you at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Every session is slightly different and evolves as you progress.
Many people leave a session feeling calmer, clearer, and more motivated straight away. While some goals benefit from ongoing sessions, it’s not unusual for meaningful change to happen after just one.
Preparation Tips
- Wear Comfortable Clothing: Relaxation is key, so dress in clothes that allow you to feel at ease and don’t feel restrictive.
- Eat Lightly: Have a light meal or snack, but avoid heavy meals or stimulants like coffee beforehand. You’ll want to strike a balance, avoid feeling hungry, but also steer clear of the discomfort that comes with a full stomach.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink enough water, but not so much that you’ll need to interrupt the session.
- Relax Beforehand: Take a few moments to calm your mind with deep breathing or meditation.
- Trust the Process: Approach your session with an open mind and trust in the process. Hypnosis is a collaborative experience, and I will guide you every step of the way.

Payments are securely processed through the online booking system and can be made using most major credit or debit cards.
Follow-Up Support
Your progress and well-being are important to me, and I’m committed to supporting you throughout your therapy journey. After each session, you will receive a digital recording to listen to at home, helping reinforce the insights and positive changes achieved during our time together.
If you have questions or need additional guidance between sessions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to ensure you feel confident and supported as you continue working towards your goals.
What If I Need To Cancel?
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee unless we’re able to reschedule within the same week, subject to Stop Hypnosis’ discretion.

Your Privacy Matters
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. All sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality, ensuring a safe and secure space for you to explore and grow.
To uphold this commitment, I do not use actual client photographs or videos for testimonials or reviews. This is why you won’t find video reviews or identifiable images of my clients on this website.
