The process is collaborative, and as long as you can hear and see me clearly, the efficacy is not impacted by being online. To get started, you’ll need a device such as a laptop, computer, or tablet with a built-in camera or webcam. A stable internet connection is essential; for video calls, I recommend a minimum speed of 2 Mbps for both uploading and downloading to ensure smooth communication.
Just as important is your environment. I suggest finding a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed during the session. Using a headset, particularly one that covers your entire ear, can help cancel out background noise and minimise distractions, allowing you to stay fully focused. Minimising interruptions ensures the session flows seamlessly, which is key to achieving the best results.

Typically, I use platforms like Zoom for online sessions. If you don’t already have it installed, I’ll provide simple instructions to get set up quickly. Trust me, you don’t have to be tech savvy to install and work it!
