This session typically lasts between 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your individual needs and circumstances. It’s more than just a preliminary meeting—it forms the bedrock of our therapeutic relationship. Single Sessions & Follow-Ups
Follow-up sessions offer a flexible approach for those who prefer to take their therapy journey one step at a time, rather than committing to a structured package. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and therapy goals, building on the foundation established during the initial consultation.
Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes, with at least 60 minutes dedicated to hypnosis. This focused time allows us to work deeply with your subconscious mind, reinforcing positive changes and uncovering new insights. The remaining time is used to discuss your progress, review any developments since our last session, and plan the next steps in your journey.
A key feature of these sessions is that each one is unique, designed to meet you exactly where you are at the moment. Every follow-up session builds upon the learnings from the previous one, ensuring that your progress is continuous and meaningful. To further support your transformation, you’ll receive a digital recording of the hypnosis portion of the session. This recording allows you to continue reinforcing the benefits at home and deepening the positive changes between sessions.
Packages & Savings
While single sessions provide the flexibility to address your priorities one step at a time, offering consistent support and progress without a long-term commitment, there is one area where this approach is not offered: stopping smoking or vaping. For these goals, I only offer a structured package. This is because quitting smoking or vaping involves addressing not only the physical dependence on nicotine but also the deeply ingrained habits and emotional triggers tied to these behaviours. A comprehensive, structured approach allows us to tackle these challenges thoroughly, rewire subconscious associations, and provide the tools needed for lasting success. For example, with a 3-session package, you save £50, and with a 4-session package, the savings increase to £75.
